The problem of logging your lowest weight is that its then annoying to see 2 lbs more on the scale. I was probably unnaturally low that one day.

you'll still lose weight but you want to aim for 1200 so that you can get all your nutrients and stay healthy.

theres a lot of different things you can add to your smoothies. like spinach, rolled oats, peanut butter, different fruits. try looking up different smoothie recipes. what nutrients are you trying to get from this?

omg what. why would anyone go over the rim on the measuring cup? I wish they had weighed a normal, level measuring cup of those oats. I don't think that the average person is actually going over the rim like that.

you still have fat in stubborn areas so of course you can still get skinnier. if you're happy though maybe you should try out maintaining for awhile!

howre you burning 1000 calories per workout. This would be my guess as to where you are way overestimating and why you are not losing weight.

myfitness pal is great for logging, you can use it to log on your diet. i dont think this app tracks the net carbs so you'll have to calculate for that
