No I haven't weighed my food .

I have about 20 more lbs to lose. I started at 1800 calories and every few weeks I lower by 100 when I stop losing . I'm not really losing at 1500 calories now . It's been about 2 weeks at 1500.

Yes that's very true! I am 5 years older this time around ... I guess I can blame my age lol

So I guess it's common to be more difficult with each child... Lol I thought I was doing something wrong.

Same here!! I wonder why it came off faster the first time around. It's frustrating me.

I requested a few as friends ... Hopefully we can help each other :)

I sent you a request. I know I'm only 7 weeks postpartum but I can already tell that this time around losing the weight will be a challenge .

Last pregnancy I lost 50 lbs by 4 months ... I don't see that happening this time for me. I don't know what is different this time or why the breastfeeding isn't helping. I didn't even have to watch what I was eating the last time. Did the doctor give you an explanation as to why it would start helping by 4 months?

Yes I am breastfeeding . I breastfed my first child too and it really helped me lose the weight . That was 5 years ago. Now I don't know if it's really helping this time .

Yes I am nursing! I nursed my first baby also. I was losing weight up to last week ( 5 weeks pp) with no effort other then nursing. Now it seems I haven't lost inches or pounds in the last week and a half . I feel like the weight fell off faster with my first and all I did was breastfeed to lose the weight.

Yes that is true!! Any suggestions on a good jogging stroller?
-
No just a regular stroller for now. I had a c section so I haven't done much . I will probably start going for walks once I go to my postpartum visit and get the okay.

Thanks for the input :) . I agree that I need to let my body rest. I am not trying to start a crazy diet just trying to get back to a healthy weight.
