I'm 38... I think haha I've been on again off again with MFP. At my heaviest- 297 then I stopped checking. Lightest- 140 something felt terribly weak. Currently 198 and I feel good- but I think 175 is best for me. I'm 5'4" and most would say that's a lot but I dunno- I I like to feel strong as opposed to skinny. Or obese.…

So I have this problem called jiggle. I jiggle all over. seriously. to the point of pain when I do jumping jacks, let alone trying to run (which I haven't) Short of saran-wrap, what's a gal like me to do??

OH YES- count me in! I'm a bit less fit than most of you- my goal is to make it thru all of day 1 of level 1 at once haha Ive done 4 days, resting a bit more than I should but I am finishing :) Please add me I need all the MOTO I can get!

Gained 45, lost 13 since my last weigh in- it was emotial weight gain followed by emotional weight loss :( but I'm back on top of things (I hope) would love some support and to also support! Best of luck to you all Happy Easter :smile:
