I ate 3 packets of crisps one after the other one .. That was 4 months ago. I realised I need to respect my body more and put my health first! I'll have a treat once or twice a week but everything in moderation. Cut out the processed foods too.

Laugh at them! What loosers! Really and truely view them as jokes. They have some issues mentally lol. Just Do you. Don't give up. Focus. You health & u are the most important things. Rise above this!
