  • People take ham sandwiches to school or work all the time for lunch and keep it without refrigeration for 4 to 5 hours regularly. Totally fine.

  • Hmmmmmm. Not even sure what cut it is... it has a bone through it, that would be a shoulder maybe? Also I am in Ontario, Canada. The ham was raised, slaughtered cured and cooked by independent farmers, so I am not sure USDA guidelines would apply.
