People take ham sandwiches to school or work all the time for lunch and keep it without refrigeration for 4 to 5 hours regularly. Totally fine.

Try the multigrain version. They are gently sweetened and have only slightly less iron than the plain cheerios.

Hmmmmmm. Not even sure what cut it is... it has a bone through it, that would be a shoulder maybe? Also I am in Ontario, Canada. The ham was raised, slaughtered cured and cooked by independent farmers, so I am not sure USDA guidelines would apply.
