  • How old and fat? I'd like to connect with a group of 'middle-aged' people who struggle with weight loss and a slowing metabolism. I've been on MFP off and on for a while but I hoping that by connecting with other people I will stick with it this time.

  • I have been on and off MFP for some time. I think that the only way I'm going to stick with this is to to have the support of people with similar goals as me and to be accountable to others. I would love to lose about 50 lbs.
