Hello! My goal is 20 at a minimum, 30 ideally :) But my main goal is top make daily exercise and mostly healthy eating a habit (once in a while, I just want something deep fried!). Please feel free to add me.

That's exactly what brought me around to the idea :) That's a good list of cheeses! I recently switched from using feta in salads to using Gorgonzola. ..delicious!

I love Sartori bellavitano gold and rasberry! Drizzle honey over it for a sweet treat! I also love brie with fruit, but haven't tried double cream. Ooh-smoked gouda and American grana are also recent go-to cheeses for me

Darn! I'm sure you have many other delicious cheeses available to you. :) Laughing cow is OK. ..I never got to much into it, but did like Alouette, which is similar

If you haven't tried Sartori Bellavitano Gold or raspberry, you should - it's DELICIOUS! Especially drizzled with a little honey :)

Ha! Tie it up all you want - I need to hear it! I used to lift a lot, and will be adding it in soon. I also did my cardio before lifting, but good point about not being tired while lifting. ..I'll have to try it that way

I wish I enjoyed running, but I've found that I enjoy rowing, so hopefully that will be enough :)

Ah, you speak my language! Plus, I feel like adding exercise so you can eat and drink the things you want is a better strategy than deprivation ;)

I'm in! 30 to go for me :) I've recently started to do at least some form of exercise every day...so far, so good (and I'm even kind of enjoying it! )
