My collar bone actually gave me the heebie jeebies for a long time. I’m always cold. One of my best nsv so far has been to sit in a chair and not squish out the sides. And how my veins in my arms and hands got bigger. My feet got smaller. The day I could fully zip my knee high boots I burst into tears.

Hi all!! One 42 year old mom of two here. Been a big girl all my life. Tried every diet. Never successful. So now it's a different approach. Healthier choices and gym time.
