  • I also have BED and I can relate to so much of what you have said. I plan being alone just so I can binge. Anyway, I've had some success with a book called Brain over Binge by Kathryn Hansen. It's a really interesting read, and has a bit of a different slant on the why of binge eating. I hope you find the help you need.
  • It sucks when you gain weight!! What has motivated you before? I find sometimes that choosing just one thing to change helps me - like having a healthy breakfast or always having a meal plan. That small success gives me motivation to make further changes.
