The first item in the instructions is "Click "Quick Tools" then "Remember Meal". The first item should be "Click Add Food" as the Quick Tools choice does not show until you are there.

Actually neither reply worked well by themselves but together they are ideal. If you run the printable report that will cut and paste well into a spreadsheet.
