Brownies. I stop everywhere that sells them.

Not too many sweets fan here... but cookies and brownies are a favorite of mine.

I eat at Subway frequently, the low-calorie options for me are wheat with chicken breast, or Turkey. Lots of veggies, mustard and no mayo or cheese.

I maintain on 1300s. Sucks.

I’ve never heard of drinking chocolate milk after a workout.

Dave's organic wheat everything bagel with cream cheese and a chai latte.

Yes. I’m 5 feet even also and 95 lbs. I love old navy size 12 jeans. I also wear childrens underwear and tshirts. I don’t find the clothes cheaper, but the old navy jeans never need to be altered.

I started at 109lbs in October and ended at 95lbs last month in December. About 14-pound loss in 13 weeks. Looking back at the app, I often went over and under, but did consistently average about 1000 calories a day, and I did enter exercise calories and eat those back. I now realize that even at the end of last month I…

I am not very active, I have two jobs, work 7 days a week and also go to graduate school. Both jobs and school are sedentary. I do jog at the park a few times a week when the weather is okay, but according to my research my 3 mile jog/walk is only counting for 180ish calories burned. I have only been in maintenance for…

Can someone PLEASE tell me how this is possible? I’m 5 feet tall, 95 lbs and my maintenance is about 1350. This is according to MFP and it seems pretty accurate to me. How can you maintain at 1700 then all of a sudden also maintain at almost thousand calories more? My calories are frustrating low.

Are you sure you’re calculating calories burned correctly? Skiing for 1.5 and burning 1000 sounds like a lot.

I like to save my calories for brownies.

I usually stock up on booze and frozen Indian meals. I also like their natural peanut butter.

I’m 5 feet even and weigh about 98 lbs currently. The heaviest I’ve been is 130 and 98 is the smallest I’ve been. Most recently, I went from 113 to 98. This was SIGNIFICANT even though it was only 15 lbs. I wear things I’ve never worn before and others notice my weight loss as well. I am apple shaped and carry a lot of my…

Me too!

I'm 5 feet tall and a few years ago I went from 130's to 107 and many people noticed. This time around, I'm going from 113 (gained a few lbs) and I'm now 100 lbs. Not many people have noticed at all, even though this is significant for me. I wear old clothes in my closet I thought I'd never wear, yet the change just…

Can’t wait until this fad is over.

Being 4'11" and trying to lose weight is tough, I am 5 feet and it is a struggle. I usually cut down to 1000 to lose a pound a week.
-
Gosh you guys are extremely lucky. I can have only 1500ish. :'(

Sorry your mother went through this and you and the family had to watch. I can’t imagine what kind of toll that would take on me. You are a stronger person than me, continue the good work.

I am 5 feet tall even. I weight about 104 lbs, but still chubby in certain areas, especially around the waist. I try to stick to 1000 calories to lose weight. Sometimes I eat back exercise calories, sometimes I don’t. Just depends on the day. Good luck! Losing weight when this short is difficult.

Great transformation. Same dude in both pics?

Are you worried about mercury consumption? Then I think twice a week is fine and limit is 6 cans per week.
-
I set my mfp goal to 1000 calories, but I had to manually enter it because it was giving me a minimum of 1200. But I'm only 5 feet tall, small frame, weighing in at 107 with goal of 100.

Do not keep any snacks in your home. None. I will eat myself out of house and home if I keep easily accessible, tasty snacks at home. I will never learn self control and there are no tricks that ever worked for me. I did learn it's all or nothing for me. If you catch yourself buying snacks, throw them away immediately.…

I used to keep chips in the trunk of my car to keep myself from eating too many at home. It worked but I don't do it anymore.
-
You're burning closer to 250 calories walking 3 miles. Sorry, it sucks. Key is to not eat the junk in the first place.
-
I never have food at home that I can binge on so that limits me usually.. but.. my binges usually consist of picking up a large pizza, telling myself I'm just going to eat half, but eating six slices and forcing myself to throw the other two away. Have to mention that I'm a 5 feet tall woman so 6 slices of large pizza…
