  • I've lost 137 lbs so far and have almost that much left to lose. When I started my journey I weighed 418 lbs. I'm now in the upper 200's. I've done it all on MyFitnessPal. Just remember: YOU'VE GOT THIS!!
  • I’m just now starting MFP again. I lost 100lb. before and when I had cancer surgery I gained some back. The good part is that I kept 78lbs. of it off. This time I decided to journal so I can look back to see the challenges I had and what I did about them for motivation. I still have a lot to lose though so I‘ll be doing a…
  • I like to make sugar free pudding. I do have a craving every night between dinner and bedtime for something sweet but it’s mainly the taste of chocolate I’m craving. Other things I eat are fruit and this is weird but I drink water with flavoring in it

  • Second time here. Lost 100 lbs the first time but gained about half of it back after my cancer surgery. Hoping to get back on track.
  • Thanks for the warm welcome everyone! I'm still doing good on Weight Watchers. I had one bad week but bounced right back. I have issues when it gets hot. I swell up and one week my feet and legs were badly swollen so I gained some water weight. The next week I lost it. I really like using MFP because the people are really…
  • I started Weight Watchers on May 2nd of this year. In 5 weeks I've lost 16.2 lbs. I originally lost 100 lbs using MFP but after I had surgery for cancer I started to gain some back. My friend was on the Freestyle program so I thought I would try it. I still have 193 lbs to lose so I'm hoping to find some friends on the…
  • I am new to Weight Watchers again, but have used MFP to lose my first 100 lbs. I had major surgery and started to gain some of the 100 back so I decided to join WW with my friend. In the first 3 weeks of WW I've lost 11.2 lbs. I do still track my calories on MFP though.
  • Hi! My name is Lore and I would be happy to correspond with you on here. I too am disabled. I have no cartilage in my knees, have a degenerative back disorder and have a host of other things wrong with me. I cannot exercise too much either. I'm going to be starting pool therapy at the end of this month. I live in Northern…
  • I'm looking for friends that actually have conversations and not just comments. I know I can't be the only one that wants to talk to someone. I've been on my weight loss journey for a little over a year and a half. I've lost approximately 106 pounds, but have about 160 pounds left to lose. I'm 56 years old and have have…
  • Sunflowerhippi: I know exactly how you feel about the loose skin! I've lost 100 pounds already and there is nowhere there isn't hanging skin! My arms, my stomach, my thighs, my butt....everything hangs! I'm sure I'll be looking at skin surgery at some point in time
  • When I started I had 260 pounds to lose. I'm close to my first 100 pound loss. Please feel free to add me. I'll definitely be on here for awhile!
  • I've lost 88 pounds so far and am slowing down when I don't want to. I am currently wearing a cam walker boot because I have a bone spur in my right heel so I can't even walk anywhere
  • I've been using MFP for awhile now and have lost 77 pounds so far, but I'm compelled to step on my scale every day. I can't go by what my scale says, though because it is not accurate. I do, however weigh in at my Diabetic Education appt. once a month and that one I can rely on. I just want to see on my scale if the weight…
  • I'm having issues being uncomfortable sitting. Since I've lost 77 pounds for some reason my butt irritates me. I don't know how to explain it.
  • I'm having issues with getting frustrated about the loose skin on my stomach and arms. I've only lost 75 pounds, but I know it's going to get worse.
  • I only weigh once a month also. My scale is not accurate at home so I weigh when I see my Diabetic Educator every month
  • I am restricted to 30-45 grams of carbs per meal. I am a type 2 diabetic. Since I've been counting calories as well as carbs I've lost 70 pounds.
  • I am wearing an old pair of shorts that wouldn't squeak past my thighs before.
  • My panties are way too big now!!
  • When I started on my journey my Diabetic Educator told me about MFP. I figured I would try it out and it has become one of my best support systems. (Besides my Diabetic Educator) I weighed 418 pounds at the start and have lost almost 75 pounds so far. I've got a ways to go, but I take it 10 pounds at a time. I have limited…
  • My doctors kept wanting me to have gastric bypass, but I didn't want the possible side effects, etc..so I told my diabetic educator that I would start eating right and I only drank water after that. ( my kidney doctor said I could only have water because my kidneys are only at 38%) I have since lost almost 75 pounds. I was…
  • I'm hoping to be at a 100 pound loss by Christmas. I've lost about 71 pounds so far. I believe I can do it!
  • My diabetic educator is my biggest supporter and I see her once a month and I weigh in then. I'm almost to a 75 pound loss and she gets so excited! She says that when she sees me on her calendar to come in she gets excited to see me. She even told me she uses me as an example for other patients. That makes me motivated…
  • I count carbs and calories since I'm a Diabetic. I try to stick more along the calorie count my doctor says instead of MFP. I have lost approximately 67 pounds so far. My biggest support system has been my Diabetic Educator and MFP. Good luck on your journey!!
  • Thanks kents555!! My name is Lore. My husband's name is Jason, hence the jasonschick01. I'm really striving to lose that last 33 pounds by the end of the year. I know that that is not all I have to lose, but it is my mid goal. At first it just flew off, but it has now slowed down some. My scale is not accurate compared to…
  • I have 198 pounds to lose. Originally it was over 260 pounds, but I've lost 67 pounds already. Hoping by the end of the year to have lost 100 pounds. Just 33 pounds to go. 2016 starts the second half of my journey.
  • I still don't see much of a difference in my weight loss after a 65 pound loss, but other people notice. I feel really happy about the loss, but I just have to wait for my mind to catch up with my body. Also wish my husband would be a little happier about my weight loss.
  • Welcome back! It's great that you didn't give up and decided to come back. I wish you the best of luck in reaching your goals!
  • My scale is never right, so the only numbers I trust is when I weigh when I see my Diabetic Educator once a month. I was obsessing about weighing until I found out my scale is wrong
  • Don't give up! Just get back on the program and forget that month. Be determined! You CAN do this!!
