  • Hi..even if you are in a wheelchair and use a walker. ..there are some exercises like doing arm lifts using a 1 or 2 lb dumbbell or even use 2 can goods if u don't have dumbbells. Also be mindful of what u r eating. Whoever cooks your food..tell them how to prepare it in a healthy way. May God bless you and be encouraged.…
  • Yes..but I don't have that kind of money to spend on a trainer.
