I've repaired one with plastic adhesive but looking at the strap I think the screen joint needs to be bigger. It's such a small ridge to take all the strains of getting the unit in and out. I'm tempted to see if there's a leather strap for it. I think that might hold up better.

I try to eat back a little, but aim to eat no more than half. That way I don't overeat and I'm less likely to go 'sod it' and pig out at night. I work on the theory that the exercise machines/fitbit/mfp calculations are engineered to be a little overly generous. Or that they're calculated under 'perfect' conditions. So…

Hi, I'm Rachel, 26 and no kids (except a cat) - am terrible at being motivated and would love some support to get me back on the exercise pony. Job from hell + comfort eating = gained back the 10lbs or so I lost :(

When I realised at 26 my relatively ok metabolism would not last forever and if I left it any longer those extra pounds are going to be a darn side harder to shift.
