Hi, it took 3 weeks before my weight started to drop, 8 weeks in and I've lost 11lb. Stay focused and you'll get there :)

I had mine out 2 weeks ago. I lived on porridge, yogurt, soup and rice pudding. Try to vary your diet but it is difficult.

I find low calorie hot chocolate helps me. Options are less then 40 cals and do a variety of flavours then I add my own sweetener too.
