I think you are on the right track. The high protein, low carb, low fat is perfect (,in my humble opinion). I like 50-30-20% of my macros from pro, car, fat. Good luck on your journey!!

Good luck. I see you can't run, can you hike, bike, swim, or other low impact activities?
