I started walking 2 miles a day this week. My goal is to be able to walk those two miles in 30 minutes. So far I've gone from 37 minutes to 34. Once I get that down to 30 and can hold steady on it, I want to add another mile. Ultimate goal is to be able to walk a mile within 15 minutes or less. :smile:

I forgot to mention, if you are one that wants something quick so not to stop for very long to fix something, I had baked up some chicken breast, bought a bag of green salad, and shredded cheese. Made a great quick lunch for yesterday.

Well I can't say it was the best weekend at behaving myself, but the nice weather and being outside for most so far I think counter balanced..I hope. Remember, you're probably building muscle mass since you're working out, which is a good thing. Also, check your inches if you're measuring. There might be a time that you don't lose weight, but you could be losing inches. :)
