Hopefully fitting in at least my two mile walk with my dogs. Getting things around to travel for the next week but will try to get in my 30 minutes of jogging as well.

I do log and I do use the default 50/30/20. I do try to keep my carbs a little lower than the 50% and my Proteins above the 20%. And like scrapbooking, I have been losing on average 6 lbs./month. I do keep an eye on my sodium intake as I retain water easily and the fats I tend to watch, but they don't to seem have much…

Carbs are my enemy for sure, but like you, I can't go totally without. I keep track of my percentages to make sure I try keep a little above my protein percentage and a bit below my carb percentage. If either would like to add me, please do! :)

The community does help. I even found one group that does a mini-weight loss goal challenges (lose 20 by July 4th), and that has kept me on track for the most part the last two months. I'm not sure if I'll hit the goal, but should be close to it.

I've been on for a while but truly sticking to it this time and it has helped more so getting in the community, which I had never done before. It's great support and motivation. And yes, log everything! Even if you have an off day (the majority of us do). Feel free to add me. :)

May 19th I started doing a two mile walk determined I was going to keep going until I was able to do the two miles in 30 minutes. I did it tonight and was able to include about 1/2 mile of jogging with it. Super excited!

I weigh daily to keep myself in check and I use the WeighBot app for that. It's a simple app that keeps the basic details, (pounds lost, to go, etc. My official logins are Tuesdays with the one group I'm in and Fridays on MFP. I find it helps keep me on track, especially over the weekends when I'm more tempted.

I think 15 lbs. would be on point for the Labor Day challenge. I know I'm struggling now to get the 20 off in 13 weeks, but it's an attainable goal.
