I am also swimming to help me with weight loss. I am swimming lengths of 25m ,usually 6 then walking for 2 lengths. I repeat this for 45 mins 2 or 3 times a week. Feel free to add me.

Looks like we are all in the same situation. Pain and inability to exercise much. This is my problem. I need to lose weight to have a better quality of life. Add me as a friend if you want to share the journey and the good and bad days. Talking always helps.

I seem to share the same problems with you. I am waiting for a hip replacement consultation and trying to shed some weight. I walk slowly in water and have been shown a few simple exercises in the water. On dry land I have to use walking sticks or a scooter. I am trying to get 30 minutes of exercise 3times a week.…
