I did lose a shoe size...went from 14's to size 13's!

You can go to a place like Kroger and get frozen mixed veggies, brown rice, white rice, for $1 a bag which is usually 4 servings each bag. Then get a 3-5 lb. bag of frozen chicken breast for around $13. There's a ton of food right there on the cheap.

My goal is to lose 218 lbs. and get down to 250 lbs, or a healthy BMI. I started this past April and I have lost 55 lbs so far.

I started this past April with a goal of losing 168 lbs. Like terbusha said, support is key. I have lost 50 lbs. as of yesterday and I feel better than I believe I ever have. I stick to a schedule, which eliminates excuses for me. I work out 1-2 hours a day. This is usually some weight lifting, followed by treadmill or…
