April 8th day 3= 4000 steps :( April 9th day 4=9877 steps 20 minutes on treadmill, then strength training, another 50 minutes on treadmill (4.87 miles)

April 7 day 2 11864 steps. 5.25 miles 45 minutes on the treadmill. The rest was mall walking and housework.

Hi everyone! I'm Joyce and I'm starting the 10000 steps a day challenge today. As of right this minute I have 8372 steps for today. I'm hoping this challenge will keep me accountable. Let's do it!
