I don't really eat a lot. I'm not like obese I just went from a job where I walk 12 hrs to a desk job so I don't get the exercise I should. I been walking 1-2 miles on the treadmill a day and doing workout videos. I eat apples and grapes as snacks and usually oatmeal for breakfast and tuna for lunch. It's just not coming…
