I have only about 7 lbs to loose. I do measure and log everything. I am trying to loose 1 lb a week. I am 5'3 and weigh 145 lbs. I have a sit down job, but exercise 6 days a week. 30 mins a day cardio for 6 days and 3 days weights about 40 mins. I haven't lost any weight for over 6 weeks.
