Oh no....they all have to change..you'll make yourself mad cooking multiple meals and where does it end? Husband and kids have to support you and it will only benefit them in the long run. Trust me, I made the mistake years ago of alternate meals for kids, it is a fail. They will adapt! Good luck!

Ha ha! Not TMI...I get it!!! Everything is more difficult! Yeah I've lost 16.6 pounds and feel so damn good. Spinning class and running (although I accept I'm barely to 2 miles...I'm totally good with that!) thanks for the support
