This....It's only been one day. With lives and such one day is not a big deal. Some honesty here, if you are expecting to talk to him every day, then you might be expecting too much. My husband and I sometimes don't talk for a few days because we are both super busy, it's a hi here and there but when we have time we make…

Good luck! You got this! :-)

I follow SarahBeth Yoga on Youtube and it really depends on how I feel that day as to what I end up doing.

I had my baby 3.5 years ago and breastfed. yes they looked at the floor for a while. But after a while they perk back up. otherwise, their just breasts, that as many have said don't define you. Get a push up bra and call it a day. :-) And at home I say F it and don't wear one because well frankly they aren't really that…

Agreed mine is the sweetest little boy and knows that when I need the time to just be, he grabs a blanket places it over both of us, gets a pillow and curls up with me and we just do nothing. But yes those other days he's like let's do something! I'm glad you have your little ones to push you as well. Sometimes you just…

Girl not at all. I deal with severe anxiety and depression. Some days I am like you I literally want to curl up on the couch with a drink in one hand and the remote in the other and just veg. I can't do that all the time because I have a toddler so he forces me up and out of the house which is a good thing. I don't take…

Agreed this is a very internally personal question. How do you feel? What do you want to change on your body? What do you like to do for exercise? We can't tell you how much to lose and I too am all about beating our "triggers" but what does it trigger for you? Maybe instead of weight do measurements? or find something…

Me trying to lose roughly 30-35...but it's all dependent on how I feel when I get down to that weight. Add me! :-)

I generally log everything in the morning, add my exercise and make a decision based on what my day looks like as to what I can have in the evening. it's about planning and determination. If you are determined you can do it. but you have to be realistic, if you want dessert every night you have to plan your calories for…

This for sure. I do yoga and I did yoga when I initially lost weight, but it's something that I had to add in with everything else. However like nicph8626 said, there are different types. One quick search on YouTube will give you Yoga for weight loss and toning and those aren't as holding a pose heavy they are more…

Agreed with above posters. Do something active, get outside, drink some water. Don't focus on what is in the kitchen that you could snack on, keep occupied with something else. This too shall pass.

Feel free to add me.....5'2" on a good day, really 5'1" lol. I have about 30 pounds to lose give or take depending on how I feel when I get there.

Ran with mine, the first 10-15 minutes as someone said has to be about them. Once they were able to do all that they were much better, and they got much better along the run the longer we went. They needed to tire out just a bit to listen and respond to me. I kept them on a short leash, 6 ft I believe and was able to wrap…

I'm going to revert to this. When I was just doing cardio I was skinny but I was flabby so to speak. You are most likely not getting fat but losing some muscle definition. Muscle doesn't weight more it just takes up less space. So I would recommend (since this is apparently what you wanted to hear) add in weight training.…

Are you eating a lot of sodium? and you might be retaining water which is something that happens to all of us. But like others said stay off the ankle for a bit. You might be more disappointed that you can't trick or treat during Halloween because you can't walk if you continue to do so and not rest. Your body needs rest…

I agree with this. Then you can add things back one at a time and if it causes an issue you know it's the trigger. Also I agree with ginger. I love ginger tea and it helps a lot with my GERD. I also like mint or peppermint tea for the same reasons.

Agreed, you can't change the past, you can only move forward. So say whatever that was a bad choice, let's do better, and do that. Drink some water, do a workout, start over. That's all you can do. As many have said one bad day doesn't ruin it all.

haha I'm even later at responding. no I haven't tried it yet. Next week I am trying a Body attack/Combat combo class, a body attack, and a body bump class. I've never done any of them so I am excited for sure :-) Thanks for the info!

If you've been doing what you say, at 1200 calories and working out you should see results. But then again if you don't have the energy to put enough effort out there you might not be getting the results you want. How are you measuring your food? Are you counting every morsel that enters your body? Are you eating back…

I agree with most of these comments. Definitely children are a reflection of us. Take the junk food out of the house, not just for her but for everyone. You don't necessarily want to single one child out because that could lead to closet eating, anxiety, anything really. From there do activities together. Get outside, get…

Hi there! I am a serial starter as well and I too have done this before. I could easily say I blame having a baby for it (yeah 3.5 years ago), but the fact is that I slowly gained every ounce of the weight I lose previously within 4-5 years of moving out of my home and in with my husband in a new state. ya know, comfort…

Hi! You can add me. I deal with all sorts of mental health issues (mainly depression and anxiety which both at times are debilitating and I fall way off the wagon and down the mountain lol). I'd say I'm pretty friendly. I have a son, husband and two nutty dogs. I hope I can be positive motivation for you! :-)

Add me! :-) I'm in the US looking to lose about 35 pounds and it's just rough. I love seeing motivation on my wall every day. :-)

Agreed. I would eat before the shift and then take a snack that's healthy such as apples and peanut butter, nuts (watch portions of these), or a sandwich or something easy. Just to satisfy you but if you have a bigger dinner than a snack should be doable. Even something as simple as oatmeal (preferably not ones with added…

A lot of times we tend to underestimate what we are eating and estimating portion sizes. I know I've been guilty of that. If you are really serious you have to log every morsel that goes in, and weigh it out. It's the surest way to see if you are counting what you are eating accurately. And so much this as well. When I…

All of what Andrilla said. Been through it all. They said everything perfectly.

I agree with all this. You can't starve yourself and lose weight (well you can but that's not what we're talking about here) but if you are trying to keep energy to pass your PT you are going to need to have the right nutrition. Log everything, get a food scale and weigh everything, and know that again weight fluctuates.…

Been asked as well when there were a few people in my office who were (I just had my son a few months prior) and she was like oh, you look so cute since your pregnant with another...haha nope just fat LMAO. And from there I got down to close pre-preggo weight and now I'm trying to get past that. Just hear it, and throw it…

I have a love hate relationship with alcohol and smoking. it's terrible. I also deal with depression and anxiety as well (currently in therapy). oh and food. on good days I do great. on bad days I do terrible. there is no middle ground. I've been struggling to lose weight for a while now, and right now my son is away with…
