  • What do you do that you can eat that much? I'm at 1200 per day as well. I try not to go over 1400. But when I do (and I have been for a while) the weight goes nowhere in the right direction.
  • I love having my son and it's definitely the best thing to happen. he works out with me when I can and loves it, he has his own weights, and tries to do yoga and cardio so it's motivational. :-) glad to have you as a friend!
  • Good Luck! Having a baby does wondrous hateful things to our bodies while also being one of the most amazing. I've been trying to get to pre-baby weight of 155lbs, then to my goal weight of 130lbs for the last I don't know three years since my son was born (he is 3.5 years old). But I never put my mind to it really, I was…
  • Keep it up! Divorce is hard, relationships are hard, but "revenge" can make the body harder LOL. Okay my useless funny for the day. Even if you aren't exacting revenge you are still getting back to you and that's what's important. Keep it up and you will have an amazing journey. Great job getting back to you!
  • yeah that doesn't sound healthy. and you need energy to work out and help fuel your body, literally. At that rate you are going to be starving yourself.
  • I'm a huge coffee drinker and am doing the same. Coffee just sits weird lately. I do love Tazo teas. My favorite being Ginger Green Tea, it's light but flavorful, it's really good. Also a mint refresh tea is really good. I put nothing in my tea. Also if you want to keep coffee, try cold brew (I put filtered water in a big…
  • You could just put it in as a meal each of the different combinations on MFP and see them right there. That's how I do things. I don't know I hate trying to calculate in my head.
  • I love champion and their C9 brand and I order through Target online. never had a problem and they are by far the most comfortable leggings and sports bras that I have bought.
  • ShibaEars do you know about Body Pump by any chance. I too am at a gym that offers these classes as well. :-) Thanks!
  • Same! I wax and wane from being awesome, to eating the entire kitchen and not moving off my couch....I'll send a request! :-)
  • Yes! My skin is terrible right now, so just dry and lackluster, I can't wait to see changes in that. :-)
  • I''m not on day one yet, but next week I plan on jumping on the bandwagon. I've had a problem with alcohol for as long as I can remember (brings out the bad decisions, blackouts, no off switch etc) and I would like to quit smoking. I've decided to make these changes starting on Tuesday. my son is going to grandmas for a…
  • Add me! I mean I only have one little man who is 3 (and not so little) but am first trying to get to pre pregnancy weight of 155lbs (7 pounds to go), and then lose another 20-30 more pounds (I will determine the end results when I get there). I'm currently 5'2" and 161.8lbs. :-)
  • Add me! 5'2 wth also about 40 lbs to lose too
  • Your post is a bit vague honestly. Daily fluctuation is normal. If you are crazy dieting and significantly limiting calories and then start eating more without changing your activity you will see a gain. But again it really depends on what we're talking about here
  • You just have to put in the intensity that you would at the gym . I've gotten amazing results being at home
  • This is me too. I love just asking sure I'm up and active and at the end of the day if I haven't hit my goal of 10,000 steps I like to get up and get moving. I have the charge hr and I like to see my heart rate when I'm working out and after just to see where I stand am I getting better etc.
  • You sound like you have an eating disorder even if you don't want to admit it. But what you are dealing with is not physically or emotionally healthy and going restrictive to vegan isn't necessarily the answer. Talk to a doctor, therapist and/or nutritionist. Good luck
  • Great job on losing all the baby weight already. My son will be two in less than a month and I just got there but have like 30 more to go. And I love wine as well, personally I'm a boxed wine kinda girl lol. My hubs still thinks I'm beautiful but I don't so I'll add you! And congrats on the little one!
  • I've done piyo with bad knees has a torn meniscus. Not bad for them as long as you are doing proper form. But I will caution to say if squats bother you, you might want to stay away but it's low impact
  • Good luck! I have about 25 to lose but I've lost it all before so I know I can do it again! I'll friend you!
  • Send me one! I'm always looking for more inspiration!
  • Lol the heartburn ... I slept upright because of it
  • Yeah I was one of those people going against the one going against medicine and doctors. I got caught up in the trolling and shouldn't have lol. It got deleted real quick lol. But I was essentially trying to defend every woman who uses doctors and medical advice. It was bad. And yes op my 2nd trimester was the best. I had…
  • Pregnancy is about growing a human. Yes it will affect your strength, your stamina, your life LOL. But it's worth it. They push on your lungs, your bladder, and change your posture. If you doctor says dial it down, you dial it down. If you don't you a potentially setting yourself up for losing the baby. Just saying. And to…
  • There is actually "food" that is breasfeeding that negates 500 caloires. Personally I would wait until your supply i sfully established which can take a few months, then cut a few caloires but watch your suppolu like a hawk and increase if it takes a hit.
  • I wear mine on the ankle during the winter and when I am running with my stroller or grocery shopping. In the summer I obviously always put it on my wrist only due to what it tends to look like around my ankle. I work out with it on myu wrist too (again unless running with the stroller). For me I've never had a problem…
  • This...it does readjust I've found its much better after about a week and I've had mine for almost a year now.
  • Okay because it's the he it automatically gives you the calories you are Burning just by existing. So you wake up you've burned what like 300 calories? I got in when I log my exercise and update the category. It gets to know you. I don't log workouts in mfp I log them in the Fitbit app but I log my food in mfp and I use…
