Mom of 1 planning on 2 soon so I want to get back to the healthy fit me....I'm 29 and weigh 155ish and I plan on getting to 125. I'll add you! I'm all about motivation for myself and others!

You saw I said potentially right? It is to me and I drink more to compensate so I was just stating an opinion.

I add fruit or lemon to my water. And as far as tasting the mtals in tap water, buy a Brita or Pur water filter. I have a Pur Water Pitcher for my fridge and it's fantastic. The water is fresh tasting (as opposed to what it normally tastes like where I live). be careful with fluids with caffeine though as they are…

I always do my food and calories in MFP, and then do my exercises in fitbit. It's just easier for me that way. And since everything travels over, I like to use both. Otherwise I never understand that part. :-) Sorry I couldn't be more help. Feel free to add me dancoo86@gmail.com

I have the Charge HR. In the winter and when I run I wear it on my ankle. It still measures my HR (and I've calculated it's still pretty accurate) and also when I run with my stroller it makes it super easy and I don'thave to worry about it counting my steps or missing steps. I've had the Charge HR for almost a year now…

Great job! Keep it up!

I'm in!

I've been off too for a bit and dying to get back into it. I'll add you! I'm a pretty positive person
-
I use both...mfp for food and Fitbit for everything else
-
Good job!

I was getting ready to answer a question but didn't see one?
-
I have the charge hr and I love it. I do a lot of challenges and that keeps me motivated. It's also great to see those workouts where I mm not putting in the effort according to my hr.
-
Yes the person who said it to me was told this by their trainer. He looked at my salad for lunch and said that.
-
Enjoy the journey and good luck with it!
-
Thanks for all the advice and knowledge . Yeah I took what he said (said person is trying to lose weight) and was like I'd really like to see where the trainer I getting his information from because I could either have a burger or a salad that I make with good ingredients. It takes me an hour to eat it and keep me regular…

They fill me up for sure. I get tired of eating and it keeps hunger at bay for a *kitten* ton less calories than what I could eat.
-
Funniest this I have seen so far. You know what I didn't even think of doing that. I didn't think I was doing wrong, I've been eating salads for a while (trying to get back into it) and I'm like I feel soo much he better. Granted the trainer was at planet fitness. I don't necessarily think they are bad but I would love to…

Yup agreed with all the above. Make sure your supply is good before cutting calories and then when you do still keep an eye on output. That's the main goal. And water, water, water. Did I mention mention water lol. That is a huge deal in breastfeeding and losing weight. Good luck and congrats on your new little one!
-
@fidangul you got this! Not a waste of space you just have to adapt to new things lol. "Don't freak out, don't freak out". Lol
-
Agree wholeheartedly with this. You have been provided with a lot of information and resources yet still freaked out this morning so you didn't review anything or give it a chance. You're always burning calories and Fitbit is accounting for that. I was up with 680 roughly burned already and I'm not out of bed yet. Read the…

Congrats on the weight loss so far! Take a break but don't go crazy. Get back to your vitamins and relax then get back to it when you feel ready and your body is ready. Maybe make a small goal or two to hit before getting fully back on the bandwagon
-
Agreed with everyone. If you are losing and you are happy with the results than you are fine! Your friend is unreasonable if they think you are wrong when it's obviously working for you. Keep it ip

I've had mine for a while. Best investment I've made. Took a few days to really get it to know me and me to know how to work it. I use the Fitbit app for weight and exercise and mfp for foods. I also have the charge. Don't get discouraged it's only your first day and honestly, if you get discouraged that quickly you aren't…

Friend me! Always looking for motivation! I'm 155 with a goal weight of 125-130. Already down from 177!
-
There is a "food" you can add titled breasfeeding and its -500 calories. I always used that

I love my Fitbit charge hr. It measures everything I do. Sometimes i put it on my ankle when I'm hiding my son and dancing or running with a stroller so I can alternate arms but otherwise it's highly active when I wear it in either place.
-
Feel free to add me as well! Love my Fitbit

Wearing him. That's how I did everything when my son was little and he loved being worn too. Plus ring slings make it easy to nurse while carrying too
