Eat a healthier sandwich option. Like turkey sandwich with Spinach tomatoes onions oil and vinegar . On whole grain bread or have a piece of fruit

I'm up at 4:45 for a workout and I don't eat just water then I eat breakfast when I get to work. I'm usually real hungry by then. Sometimes I have something little before bed. I would workout in the afternoon but my toddler thinks I'm a jungle gym then so unless I don't get up in the morning I don't do it lol

If you made a promise you keep the promise. He obviously wanted you to be healthy so you're around for his son. Do that. Don't give up
-
Great job! Keep it up
-
And yes still don't really restrict just eat well because you need food to make milk

Hope this helps. It's exclusive nursing

Put in as a food breastfeeding. It has negative 500 calories

My schedule is fine by the toddler in my house doesn't understand what daylight savings is and his schedule has been off, which means my workouts consist of trying not to kick my 2 year old in the head while he's running circles before 5am lol

Yup water and get active. That's usually what I do plus eat a lot of greens and fruits. Helps to get rid of the bloated I feel terrible feeling usually in a day or so. You're body is just trying to readjust. Keep at what you are doing.

I have no experience with the surgery but here I am complaining that ya hard to lose 18 lbs and then I read your story. What an amazing job! You are an inspiration
-
oh and I change mine just when they start to feel too loose.
-
depends... did you get measured for your size or did you just assume? your cup size changes too when you lose weight to an extent. Plus with that size I would imagine you need something super supportive to prevent back pain.

No...I have one and used it for about a month. You can easily run outside, do youtube videos, workout with weights at home, etc. It's up to you. If you can motivate yourself at home, go for it and save your money. If not then get a gym membership. I recommend something cheap like planet fitness or retro fitness but that's…

Yup I generally get up and go. However it's important to know the difference between not wanting to get up (even if you say that you've gotten enough hours, or "not enough") and truly being tired. Sometimes your body does need the extra sleep. I've learned to tell the difference. And no problem napping at 5 pm for about 30…

Yup I agree with the therapy. That's a huge part of it IMHO. Now as for the actual eating. Use smaller plates so you can't fit all that food on it and say, This is what I can have for now, and then go do something else. Change your routine. I'd say plan your meals. The rest of your meal, lunch, dinner, snack, and then see…

I used what I weighed when I started losing weight. i was 190 when I went into labor, and then when i started actively working out about a month after he was born I was 175. Now I'm 155. So I consider that I've lost 20lbs.

this.... they were not being rude. they were stating a fact letting you know what most of us here are doing, trying to find the healthy natural way to lose weight.

Yes...Yes I hit a wall every once in a while. But for me, as long as I have 5 hours of sleep I feel refreshed and awakened and ready for the day. But if I notice that I'm starting to lose something, form or whatever it may be, lack of motivation. I take a few days and just go light, sometimes not doing anything, then get…

Yup if you want to, you will make time. I have a sedentary job. However my goal is also 10,000 steps per day minimum. Yesterday I had 18,000. I also have a 1 1/2 year old and a husband, and a house to take care of and two dogs that require my time. My workout schedule is as follows. up at 4:40 am weight lifting and cardio.…

Best of luck! Anyway I had to look up what 3 stones was (42 pounds) . Congrats on your new little one. My son is 1 1/2 and I just started getting back into the swing of things a few months ago. I'm also 5'2" and when he was born I was 190lbs (i started at 155 when i got pregnant). Now I'm finally at 153. So it's slow going…

@Reerdaber your post went crazy and you weren't even involved. It could also be from coming off the pill that your weight isn't fluctuating. That might be something. i know that personally I change BC (well i stopped it, got pregnant, and then changed bc) and it definitely has an affect on my hormones and such. JUst an…

It happens. I went from 175 to 118 when i was younger about 10 years ago. And now I am at 153 after losing 22 pounds (After getting from a pregnancy weight of 190) and it's hard. My goal is 125. But you can do it. Changes in schedule are hard but you just have to learn how to work with them. Most likely the more you…

You can, as long as it fits within your calories/macros. Just remmber that some smoothies can easily have about 400-500 calories, depending on what is in it, where you got it, etc. Just make sure you count that as well.

I got a small one under the face part. Started cleaning it after workouts and making sure my wrist was dry. Moisture is what is causing it and if it's not by the Buckle its most likely not a nickel allergy. Just don't wear it so tight and keep it clean. Imagine we wash our faces and our jewelry but think that a band, that…

Maybe do measurements as well. The scale can be a real *kitten* sometimes and if you do measurements you might see some change. Otherwise just keep it up you're doing great.
-
I'm' sorry....But one day is not the be all end all, just get back on track and keep moving forward. You got this :-)
