Last week was definitely mediocre for me. I feel like I fell off the wagon in the wake of bday stuff. I'm feeling determined and back on track with logging my food! Oh and going back to my sugar-free lifestyle... I just feel better when I'm not having it. Keep it up ladies!! xx

When I do a big shop (usually on a Sunday for me), I like to cut up all my veggies straight away. That way during the week I can quickly grab a snack without thinking about it. Great idea! I usually do a Sunday cook-up so I've got things I can freeze for the week. Makes my life easier if I don't have the time to cook a big meal during the week. :D

Thanks for the feedback! I'm certainly not looking at having a permanent low carb lifestyle as I don't think carbs are bad and I realise they are vital for brain and body. I was a bit curious about how it relates to decreasing body-fat. As you've mentioned my first priority should be to eat fewer calories. I'm just getting…
