I am on a 1200 calorie diet now and I do about 35 minutes on the treadmill for cardio and I do 25 minutes on the bike. I alternate days for legs and arms. I do abs and butt every day and i've been doing it seven days a week. Should I continue doing that to get rid of the excess fat or am I doing too much.

Yes I do have alot of inner thigh fat to lose. I think my upper body is fine and so I'm not really trying to lose anymore weight. I still do Cardio before hitting the weights. I'm just really trying to focus on getting lean but the process isn't easy at all. In two more weeks hopefully I can see a difference. Thanks for…
