I actually was weighed at the same drs about two weeks ago and my appointment will be about the same time. I don't want to weigh at home because I become obsessed with it and start doing it every day which is discouraging. Thank you tho :)

I agree I would just eat the regular ranch. The low fat and fat free might be lower in calories but it's not any healthier. I like the Yogi Smooth Move tea. I drink it before bed and usually have success in the am. I too only go once or twice a week but I only drink the tea if I'm feeling uncomfortable. My mom gets constipated quite bad and used miralax. My daughter is on the same path but it seems to be worse when she has milk products.

I drank shakeology for about a year and saw no difference. I was even a beachbody coach for a while because I do love their fitness programs. I eventually gave it up because I could not justify the price of the shakeology when I saw no results.
