When my 6 yr old said to me one night... “mommy, did you know some ladies are skinny and have flat tummy’s?” 😕😧

Thanks everyone, I'm still going to have my "day off" food wise, but the guilt of taking the whole day off got to me so I got in a good 60 min on my elliptical to make up for some of the calories eaten.
