I'm coming into maintanance now and feeling a bit nerves, this is my second time round but from what I can remember the first time round I added 200 calories every week until I got to maintance calories, I didn't put on any weight from doing this :)

I wouldn't worry about it, I was 112Ibs when I went there two years ago and came back 110Ibs from all the walking, the shops normally have fruit pots or something healthy for snacks then just try and make healthier choices for your meals :)

Thank you all for your comments, sorry I should have given more detail, I was bed bound for a while due to very bad pain in my stomach which caused me to have little appetite for food, so the lack of bum is from muscle loss, I am much healthier now so am ready to get back into shape, I am a pear shape so having no bum is…
