I've spent years tracking my blood sugar and know that my numbers get low during my period. I really hit high gear with my workouts two months ago and haven't had a period until this weekend. However when it finally came i ate the whole kitchen for two days!! I was so dizzy before i ate and felt ravenous. Didn't affect my…

Just a thought, since you're inactive from knee injury maybe you could use small weights for upper body exercise? Low impact that shouldn't make you hungrier, but you could earn some more calories in your diet and preserve muscle to fuel your metabolism.

I second that! Most people's weight loss starts in the face and works down, so hand in there and keep going :) I was watching myself workout in class the other day and my arms are startingto get cut but have still have big ole thunder thighs :/

Good luck! If you want tips for the app you may have to be more specific with your questions, but as far as diet goes... Not that I recommend a fast track diet, but for the last month I've been on a high protein (keeps me full) and high-fiber carbs regimen (except for cheats, pushing water, and working out 1:30-2 hours a…

Are you logging your walking separately in your journal? If you said you're lightly active 7000 steps would already be included in that count and honestly is a bit of an overstatement. Also, not sure how true is bc I have water /hormone problems, but I've heard that your body retains water weight when you're active so…

I promise I'm not crazy....I tried a hypnosis program and whether or not you believe in it it's very nice to sit down and listen to 30 mins plus of body positive, motivating affirmations. Or you know, hydrate, protein, eat lots of high fiber water filled veg....either way :)

No expert on anything, but I'm currently trying to lose weight through cardio and strength training... I eat a large breakfast, high protein but also the most carbs I'll eat all day, then workout, then down a shake as I leave the gym. For me the routine has helped me lose weight because I get enough calories to push…
