Hey! New to MFP - it's my fifth day using the app. I have been doing different programs on a stationary bike - I have done 20 mins today at 15-17 MPH depending on resistance level of the program. I also did 5 minutes of abdominal crunches. I haven't lost any weight yet but this is the start of my journey :) Good luck with…
