I'm doing C25K (just finished my first week!) and strength training 3 times a week. And yoga twice a week.

My goal is 129. It was my lowest and fittest weight. Can't wait to be there again!

I finished Day 3 Week 1 yesterday. I just have the app. I didn't realize that we only had to run 3 days a week! I ran all three days in a row and on the third day I could barely get my legs to work. Oops
