  • I had the same problem for a while. I've started with oats for breakfast with peanut butter mixed in, which is a good calorie bump without you really noticing. Add hommus with your carrots, if you like that. I've also started snacking on 30g of walnuts with a tablespoon of dried cranberries, which isn't too filling if you…
  • I've switched from 40 mins of cardio to 25 mins of cardio and 20-25 minutes of intense strength training in the hopes this will help!
  • Yeah, that's what I've been trying to do and it hasn't made a difference. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong at this point!
  • How much/what would you suggest I eat?
  • Yeah, i log and use a food scale for everything. I mean I wouldn't mind losing 3 or 4 lbs but I'm basically just trying to get rid of leftover stomach fat so I'm not really sure if I should be eating more? Or if weights will help. Also, I'm pretty much out of fat and carbs by the end of the day, according to MFP, and only…
  • I thought it might be that. I just hate to eat more when I typically eat pretttyyy bad on the weekend. I'm not necessarily trying to lose weight as much as just get tone at this point, but I just feel SO tired when it comes time to work out!
  • Not particularly. I gained quite a bit before Christmas, around 5-6 lbs but dropped it, but I've been at 124 for at least the last 4-5 weeks with no change
  • Right around 1,100-1200. I know this is kind of low, but I also eat more on the weekends
  • Is there any way to figure that out without knowing lean body mass? I have no idea what my BMI is.
  • Yes, but it says 150 grams of carbs, 60 grams protein and 40 grams fat. I thought the carbs seemed pretty high for someone trying to lose fat but maybe I'm wrong
  • That's why it doesn't make sense because I'm definitely not. For example, I weighed 129 last Friday. By Monday, after having one cheat dinner Saturday, I was 133.
  • I mean I'm talking having two slices of pizza once a week. I would maybe expect a lb but not three, especially when I eat well and run everyday
  • I've lost weight overall but have been regaining and losing this same three lbs for probably a month now
  • Yeah that is why I was wondering. I've hit a standstill but am nervous to cut more calories because other commenters on other posts say that 1200 with a large calorie burn is too low. I'm nervous I am going to not eat enough and then slow down my metabolism even more.
  • I'm 5'4", 130 lbs, and I would like to get down to 125. I started at 142ish lbs. I would like to lose a lb a week if possible. I feel like I am eating a lot even just eating 1200 calories and not eating back any calories I've burned but everyone on these boards says on other posts that that is unhealthy because it actually…
  • I know this wasn't directed to me but this is close to what I do. If say I eat 1200 calories and burn 500 in a workout and everyone recommends only eating 50% back, then I'm still only at 950. Should I really be eating 1500 so I'm actually eating around 1250?
  • How do I figure out what my BMR is? There are like ten different ways to configure it and I get a new number on each one hah. And I never know if I include my daily runs or not as part of my activity level
  • Yeah it's been around 4 and a half to 5 weeks and 99.9% of the time I don't eat the calories I earn back. I always eat 1,000 to 1,200, which is what is recommended for my sedentary lifestyle (because lifestyle is before added excercise, right?) nearly everything I eat is already premeasured and I really think I'm hitting…
  • A month at least, and before my current eating/Work our regime was allowing me to lose a least a lb a week
