You might not need to be in ketosis if you are seeing results. If you don't need to be in ketosis, don't, especially without doctor supervision. When I need a break from eggs, I do "no-oatmeal". 2tbs flax seed meal, 2tbs chia seeds, 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk. I mix it up for the whole week on the weekend in jars and refrigerate.
