I feel like this is something I can really stick to especially because at this point I've already lost all my carb cravings. Although I do believe in cheating once I a while. The key thing is that I'm getting results and I believe this is absolutley working for me. Thanks for all the advice guys.

The only personal cons for me is that I have trouble going number 2 since you're not eating enough fiber but I've fixed that with magnesium supplements.
