Not a huge success 5ft 2 started at 130lbs not at 120lb trying to lose 5 more lbs for my goal weight but its a struggle, It took about 1.5 months to lose.

Ice cream is a favorite of mine especially with nice weather. Just today I was craving it, so I had an extra 100 calories, I went to McDonald`s got a regular vanilla cone, ate less then half (ice cream only) was satisfied and happy and now am less likely to binge on ice-cream later. Portion control is key!

Try some indian recipes: Chana Masala (curry chickpeas are really yummy) also, try low-calorie recipe swaps. Example make cauliflower rice or cauliflower crust pizza (half the calories and just as yummy, hungygirl has tons of low-calorie recipe swaps. I use IF if I have a big family meal coming up and there are so many methods of IF you could use like 16:8 or maybe fast 2 days out of your week which would allow you to eat more calories on non-fasting days? Hi, I`m 5 ft 2.25 My lowest weight was at 113lbs but have since gone up to 128-130. CW: 126-127 andworking at getting it around 115lb-119lb before summer. Definetly harder to lose weight when ur in a healthy BMI and short but i`m determined to lose these 10-15 pounds !!
