my vote is +1 for No Pills whatever the justification. These pills are just a gamble personally i,d rather be in control as inner strength is what really matters, Diet quick fixes are big profits & its been proved so many times before that a placebo drug works much the same way.

You could try wearing a fitness tracker like a fitbit which monitors all activity & gives a better idea of your calorie burn against what you log into your diary , myfitnesspal,s bar scanner in the mobile app is awesome even remembers all your foods for whenever you need to type it in.

Finding it so much easier tying my shoelaces and doing my socks is a real bonus , Also being male that :D important re-discovery most female members will find difficult to understand , :D
