  • You should tell all of these guys how awful their form is then. Especially 8 time Mr. Olympia, Ronnie Coleman. So unfortunate that these professional bodybuilders and powerlifters have no idea what they're doing. Watch "Ronnie Coleman A hard day and a beautiful 900 POUND Barbell Deadlift" on YouTube -…
  • I would LOVE to see you even deadlift 135 kiddo. Don't let the door hit ya. ;)
  • Right? And to rain with irrelevance at that. I'll stick to my trainer (who has won national tournaments as a powerlifter lol) over someone whose lifting ability is questionable. :) Thank you.
  • Thanks so much Jenni!
  • I actually didn't. This thread is NOT for you to judge me. Please take your negativity elsewhere. Thank you.
  • I'm not surprised. Your comments were ridiculous. Please feel free to post a video of your deadlifts so we may all be so enlightened.
  • I have been powerlifting for years and have competed numerous times in State Championships. This was a max just to see how much weight I could get up. Although I appreciate your "advice" I am confident in my coach and ability.
  • New personal record in strength today! I was able to deadlift 250!!! I have also lost 5 inches on each thigh, 2 inches on my upper arms and 10 inches on my hips!! Watch "Deadlift - 250" on YouTube - Deadlift - 250: https://youtu.be/Rg6pr9KCMzw
  • I was really worried about this too which is why I train heavy weights. I feel this has helped tremendously with any potential loose skin. My sister and I are the same height, very close in age, and near same starting weight. I've lost over 70lbs and am still a very full DD with no loose skin. She used to be a DD and is…
  • I listen to weird music so I'm probably not helpful haha. I go from heavy metal to country to ballads. Currently I am digging: Fight Song Locked Away Greatest Love of All Gangsters Paradise (I told you, random) Guinevere (Country)
  • Needless to say, I cook a lot. Haha
  • Finally got around to taking a week 8 comparison photo so here it is! I don't weigh in until Tuesday so I am not sure of my loss this week but at the minimum I know I'm down just over 50lbs.
  • I am 5'3.....In 8 weeks I have lost 51lbs with clean eating (very little processed food, no soda, no fried foods, etc) and weight training. I do very little cardio honestly - maybe 10/15 minutes a few times a week and I swim a few times a week.
  • Why is that hard to believe? In 8 weeks I've lost 51lbs. That's just under a pound a day.
  • I have lost 71lbs with the help of Alli and I never experienced the nasty sides people have. I also eat next to no fat and have kept the weight off for almost a year.

  • Update! I am officially down 71lbs this year and 51lbs in about 8 weeks!!!
  • And for those who wish to see my video - Watch "Vertical Leg Press - 405lbs" on YouTube - Vertical Leg Press - 405lbs: https://youtu.be/Wh07K92o3dY :D I wrap my knees to avoid injury because I'm lifting so heavy.
  • Honestly, it's all diet and gym. I prep all of my meals and snacks for the day the night before or first thing in the morning so that there's no reason to slip up. I go to the gym 6 days a week. I lift heavy 5 days then 4 to 5 days of cardio and 1 day where I swim until my body gives out. Usually an hour or so. Haha
  • Wow. I had not checked this thread in awhile and to see not just everyone's kind words of encouragement but to see that I am actually giving people hope and strength to keep motivated brought me to tears. I remember day 1 of this journey. I was over 300lbs and I looked at myself nude in the mirror for the first time in…
  • Usually they will give you a complimentary (or at least for a nominal fee) upgrade to try out the higher beds - I had inquired once and they happily slapped me into a level 4 haha
  • Another update! I am officially down 40lbs closing out week 6 soon and decided to post a photo to hopefully motivate some of you on this board who are searching for motivation. My best advice - one day, one workout, one bite at a time. [img][/img]
  • I added Darksyde Pitch Black Ultimate Silicone Bronzer Tanning Lotion 16oz too. Haha we shall see
  • I wish I had a good comparison photo to show you the difference. I feel it is worth it. My spa goes up to level 6 and I have only just recently tanned on 3-4. In the level 1&2 I was still at 20 mins. These ones I do 12 in a level 3 one day and then 6 in a level 4. I just started this routine as of Monday and have noticed a…
  • Ughhhh I do not even want to disclose how much I pay to tan but it is $130 for my husband and I on any level bed per month. Thankfully my job pays for our gym membership haha. So I am ordering the Cheeky Brown one since it has the overall highest ratings but still looking for 2 or 3 others to try too.
  • So for my face - I use sunscreen. The beds at the spa I go to are nice as hell. Which is probably why I burned. I was used to gym tanning beds and would bake for 20-25 minutes because the beds were so old. The new ones I use have facial tanners so I leave the tanner on and wear a low spf sunscreen. My face is quite tan now…
  • WOW!!! That is good to know - and yes - you can totally smell the stank when people dont use it. HAHA
  • Mine isn't show-worthy yet haha
  • Really? I burnt the first time I tanned without lotion on my usual bed and time haha. I like that they moisturize your skin too.
  • Especially considering I asked for lotion recommendations, right? Haha some people on here just epic troll all day.
  • Karen - I am guessing hard candy is a self-tanner? I have never used one because I am terrified I will miss somewhere or end up carrot-like. Haha
