I'm vegetarian. I've recently been doing 2 scrambled eggs in the morning. I just mix up what I do with them. So like yesterday I scrambled them with spinach, mushrooms and red peppers and then topped them with green onion. This morning I did them with black beans, corn and peppers and then topped them with salsa and half…

I usually eat within my calorie goal during the week and then allow myself to eat at a maintenance goal on the weekends. I log strictly during the week and then I don't stress on the weekend if I go a little over or estimate my calories more freely. I don't really drink alcohol very often though but I do eat out quite a…

My daughter has cerebral palsy and she is typically underweight. I don't make my meals the same as hers because I try and cook everything she eats with full fat. So when I would eat light cheese, she eats full fat cheese. When I might drink skim milk, she drinks homo milk. If I buy 0% fat yogurt then I buy her the 2.5%…

I did that too. Logged everything and had a huge amount of success. I kind of stopped caring and logging for the past couple of months and since the middle of March I've already put back on 10 lbs. But i'm getting back into it now. I've been over on my calories everyday that I have logged for the past week since I started…

I've lost 40 lbs in the past year. I don't feel like it at all. I feel like I've lost maybe ten. People mention it all the time and I know I am wearing much smaller clothes. But I still feel pretty big sometimes. I think it's my body composition, so that is what I am trying to focus on more and more now.

When I was younger I used to claim that I could eat whatever I want and stay thin. I honestly thought it was true. But looking back on it, I didn't eat that much. Sure I would go out for dinner and eat a lot of fast food back then. But in terms of eating during the day I probably only ate once a day. I never ever ate…

That was happening with mine too, on my mobile app. I logged onto the website to update my stats and that worked. So I uninstalled my phone app and reinstalled it and it seems to be saving my stats and working properly again. Although, all of my exercise stats for at least the past week or two are now gone and it looks…

So I am down to 138 now from when I wrote this on Nov 6th. I sat at 141 lbs for almost a month, but finally got past that. I am so close to my 135 goal but now that I am so close, I don't think I will be happy with 135. So I've changed my goal to 125 and then recomp.

It is based on her experience which she wrote about in her book, also called Wild. There is also another book called "Girl in the Woods" which is written by another girl who did the same trail just a few years ago. Seriously inspiring. I became a little bit obsessed with the idea of long distance hiking after reading those…

5'4. I was 175 at the beginning of the year. Got down to 160 by September without logging, just trying to eat better and walking a little bit more. Started consistently logging and working out at the beginning of September and I am down to 144. My goal is 135 for now. We will see once I get there though. ..
