Down 10 lbs since coming back to MFP; 3 weeks ago. I think that helps this time around is the fact that I was mentally ready to commit to a change and was ok with the "slow and easy" process. I hope everyone else is doing well and staying on track. Everyone's updates are so motivating and really help. :smile:
