II've actually been wanting to post this myself! I currently am between 5'6 1/2"- 5'7" with a medium frame (so size 6 usually) and at 153 lb (started at 167) and have my goal set as 145 lb. The lowest I've ever been is between 140-145 and I was happy there, but so many people online seem to think 135-137 would be better…

I'm sure I can do better than that. A few months back I was losing at least a pound a week and I wasn't much heavier than I am now
