I'm quite lucky as my mum has dogs too and so when she's out I check in on her dogs and when I'm out she checks in on mine! That way they have loads of company, they're rarely on their own and get lots of doggy play dates! But a friend of mine hires a local dog walker to take her dogs out during the day and it's not too…

I was very similar, i was shocked when I got in the scale as to how much I weighed. It's so easy to put on weight and not realise just how much! It's been, and still is sometimes, a difficult journey. But so so worth it!!

It is an amazing feeling! I haven't been in a healthy Bmi range since I was a young teenager. I never thought I would be able to achieve this ( I am the definition of a lazy chocoholic!). if I can do it then anyone can! :smiley:

I'm quite a self conscious person and so don't really post, but this thread has helped keep me motivated and I've hit a total loss of 40# today so thought I'd post. I have got another 24# to go before I hit goal weight. I'm 24 and 5ft7" It's taken me about 9months. I don't think that the first photo is me at my heaviest…

I'm a vegetarian and I have been for more than 14 years and I get that reaction all the time. I also get all the stupid questions like 'do you miss meat?' ... Never liked it in the first place... At that point they seem to get offended.
