Hi guys. Im Faheed. Mum to three kids , 6 years , 5 years and 4 years. Busy busy! Need to lose about 100 pounds. Did manage to lose about 40 pounds last year but I gained it all back (and more). I have restarted and have lost about 6 pounds in two weeks . But I am in dire need of some motivation! !!
