You have a ton on your plate. I think it's ok to take a break every now and then as long as you maintain your weight and remember that it's a break and get back to it soon. Is there any way you can weight train from home? Maybe get some dumbbells?

You can have your best body now! I'm a mom of three and I'm in the best shape of my life now. I still have some work to do (mostly building muscle) but I look better than I did pre-children. Feel free to add me!

I think I'm ready to start recomp. I've been cutting for 6 months and I think I need a break. I've made it past my goal weight. I was continuing to cut to see how low I could get my weight but I think eating at a deficit is starting to wear on me. This past week I've been exhausted, had crazy cravings, felt super hungry,…

I try to eat under 100g of carbs a day, but I'm definitely not keto. I'm usually around 80g on average.

Feel free to add me. I'm 33 and a mom of 3. I started this year out @ 137 lbs with a goal of 125, I'm now down to 120 with a new goal of defining and toning my body.

Is Life without pizza worth living??? I eat it about once every two weeks. I try to fit it into my weekly calorie allotment. Like another poster my weight is usually up a pound or so the next morning due to the water retention.

If you like it black you should just drink it that way... That's your healthiest option. I'm finally able to drink it black after years of using a splash of coffeemate. I love it black now.

I think this one would work well for me. It is off of the link you provided. My only concern is that it doesn't have much for abdominal work. Do you think it would be ok to add more core work? https://www.muscleandstrength.com/workouts/dumbbell-only-home-or-gym-fullbody-workout.html

Thanks everyone. I think I'll look into a 3 day per week total body program.

I've been doing body weight and very low weight dumbbell workouts since January.
