Maintenance calories increased
So, I've been in maintenance/recomp for 4 months. When I started I was eating 1600-1700 calories to maintain, any more and I started gaining. For the last month I've been eating 1800-2000 plus a cheat meal almost every week and I've been maintaining. Is this common with recomp?

Body fat check
What do you think my BF% is? I tend to only see my problem areas. My scale says 23%. A seven point caliper test says 19%. My guess is I'm somewhere in-between.

Quick question about protein when maintaining/recomping. How much do you need for the muscle development? My current weight is 115 lbs and I eat anywhere from 100-130g of protein a day. I know this is necessary in a deficit but what about when trying to recomp? TIA!
