It's good you caught it early. Maintenance is a habit you need to form.

What day is national donut day? Cookie day? Brownie day? Clearly I'm craving something sweet.

Me too!

I have a mildly herniated disc between L4 and L5, I don't really have issues with any lifting exercises as long as I'm using proper form and not adding weight too quickly. I'm extra careful with deadlifts. But everyone is different and I was never told to restrict any activities by my doctor. I would check with your…

I barbell back squatted my own bodyweight this week!

+/- 3 pounds for me

I typically burn about 300-500 more cals per day than my Fitbit gives me credit for. I don't think I'll be purchasing another tracker when this one breaks.

I hate indoor cardio, I will always dread it. I love hiking, biking, and lifting weights. Finding a form of exercise you enjoy doing will make it better. It does get easier the fitter you become.
-
If it works for you then do it! I think it will make reversing into full maintenance easier for you.
-
I do not.
-
I like swings and split squats too.
-
I do love American deadlifts and glute kickbacks as well : )

These are great! Thanks for the link.

I have no help but I can empathize. I know I need to bulk to get the body I want but I'm afraid I'll just get fat again.

1200 calories is so little it's torture.

Could you run for only 30 minutes 4x a week? I think that would be a good amount. And increase your calories by 100-200 per day to start.

My kids say that I'm not fat anymore! My parents and my husband's parents all think I'm too skinny. My husband loves my new body and has stated that I'm more attractive now but he loves me no matter my size and never made me feel bad about my body when I was heavier.

Best: I'm really happy overall with my progress everywhere, although I do think my arms improved the most. Worst: my tummy is scarred from a c-section and I have stretch marks from pregnancy and a little loose skin. And I have cellulite on the back of my legs, but once I get my summer tan it's not nearly as noticable.

These could be happening for a variety of reasons. I had them during all of my pregnancies. My husband got them shortly after his steroid allergy shot, he had them every night for a month and then they started to subside. They can happen due to electrolyte imbalances and dehydration. A simple lab panel can answer that for…

Amazing! Congratulations!

The military press is the most difficult lift for me as well. My progress on it is slow but it's there. Just be patient.
-
That's my understanding as well.

How did you measure it? If you used that calculator link, it's really inaccurate.
-
Best of luck to you!

I bruised easily when I was in a deficit despite taking a multivitamin. I was only eating 1200 cals per day, and looking back that was way too little but I didn't know any better. Your deficit might be too large. Are you feeling run down or exhausted? If so you may need to eat a little more.
-
I'm not an expert but it looks like you need to up your calories.
-
Wow, amazing. What program?

This calculator put me at 25.6% so I would say it's not accurate.

I'm an RN as well, work days are definitely active not lightly active.

I think I'm about 20-21%... I think my profile pic is a good reflection of it.
